Seetaram’s office will be located on the West Coast of Berbice.Chand, according to the statement, is a veteran educator who has worked as a teacher and administrator for over 30 years in Guyana, Belize, Turks and Caicos, the United States and Canada. He remigrated last year.He holds a degree from the University of the Guyana and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.Chand has pegged jobs and vocational training for young people,NFL Jerseys China, adult educational programmes and community resource centres as among priority areas to be addressed. He also noted that given the high rate of suicides in the region, he will seek to have counseling available.
