But Brassington says that this need not necessarily be the case.He said that the Privatisation Unit may opt to look at the possible development and is not therefore bound to accept the second highest bid.The suggestion by the Privatisation Unit is that since Gouveia already has an established hotel it may be in the national interest to award him the property so that he could expand his business.Brassington said that this was the case in the sale of Herdmanston House to Michael George. George was already the owner of Herdmanston Lodge,Cheap NFL Jerseys, an adjoining property.However,Cheap Jerseys, the management of El Dorado Trading is prepared to challenge any award in court. The manager said that he should win the bid following Tony Reid’s default.He said that he called Brassington and learnt that he may not win the award.
