Astell gladly submitted to his authority and returned to Guyana in December 2012.Since then he has met with President Donald Ramotar, Military Chiefs of Staff; Speaker of the National Assembly,China Jersyes Cheap, Caricom’s Secretary General and many other leaders in the nation.Mr. Collins will be receiving the Golden Rule International Award next year in April in Michigan and this he will be dedicating to Dr. Munroe. He has also accepted an invitation to speak in Pakistan in honour of Dr. Munroe.
