Suspicions grew among the immigration officers who attended to Duka and investigations were launched. The matter was later reported and he was arrested and charged for the said offence.Attorney at Law Paul Fung-A-Fat who represented the defendant, told the court that his client is the father of two dependent children and only came to Guyana in search of a better life. The lawyer then asked for his client to be a granted noncustodial penalty.Duka was subsequently fined $30,Nike Free Run Shoes Clearance,000 or an alternative 8 months imprisonment for the charge of illegal entry and $20,000 or 12 weeks imprisonment for the charge of falsifying passport documents.
