The resale of a motor vehicle landed a man in “hot water” yesterday. It was alleged that Shawn Anthony Sinclair obtained money by false pretence between November 7,Aaron Dell Jersey, 2008 and January 7,Aaron Ness Jersey, 2009 with the intent to defraud,Blank Arsenal Jersey UK, he obtained $1.5M from Alston Jardine.Sinclair had allegedly agreed to resell Jardine the motor vehicle,Cheap Hockey Jerseys, and for that he was further charged. He pleaded not guilty.He was represented by attorney Mark Waldron, who in a bail application told the court that his 28-year-old client is part owner of Teletronics cell phone shop.According to the lawyer the police have filed charges, which have no criminal standing. According to the lawyer the prosecution is alleging that the vehicle in question is Jardine’s.However, the lawyer noted, Sinclair bought it from Akbar Auto Sales. He also stated that his client has all the necessary documents,Air Max 90 Black And White Womens, which are all in his name.Waldron said that with this revelation he could have taken the “technical point” and argue in his client’s favor but refused to do.He said that after Sinclair bought the car he then made the decision to resell the vehicle to Jardine.The lawyer said that after Akbar became aware of what was taking place he demanded that the Sinclair pay the third party cash price,Bill Lee Jersey, which would have tripled the initial cash price.Waldron said that his client is not disputing that he received the money, but the real genesis is that the police acted prematurely when instituting charges.Waldron further stated that his client posed no flight risk and as an act of good faith and to show the court that he is not dishonest he would repay $500,000 to Jardine.Police prosecutor Denise Griffith did not oppose bail but told the court that the defendant had not completed paying for the vehicle when he intended to sell the car to Jardine.The magistrate fixed bail at $100,000. Immediately the lawyer announced that his client would only be able to repay $400,000.The defendant ended up repaying $400,000. He is expected to make his next court appearance on April 17.
