Furthermore, the prosecutor stated that employees became suspicious and immediately contacted the police, who were prompt in their response, and who consequently arrested Bowen.As luck would have it while Bowen was in police custody, the prosecutor said Bourne called him. Bowen in turn asked for his location and the police made their way there and arrested him. The prosecutor requested that bail be refused since the investigation is still ongoing.He pointed out that if bail was granted there was a strong possibility that the evidence would be tampered with.However, Puran in his bail application sought to inform the court that the three persons are jointly charged and whatsoever one party says cannot be substantiated in a court.He explained that Bourne has no intention to flee the jurisdiction, adding that he spent six years in the Guyana Police Force.Puran further stated that there was no evidence put forward by the prosecution suggesting that his client committed any offence.Meanwhile, in relation to Bowen,Cheap Jerseys Wholesale, Puran explained that he was contracted to produce sample stamps by Ramsaywack. He said his client sports an unblemished record and as such bail should be considered.Ramsaywack in his defence told the magistrate that he was a taxi driver and did not know what the two men were planning.Bail was granted in the tune of $250,000 each. The three men are scheduled to make their next court appearance on October 21.
