What's new: Nearly everything on offense, with the Bills introducing a "ground-and-pound" rushing attack featuring McCoy, who was added in a trade with Philadelphia. The offense will run by Taylor, a dual-threat who has never had an NFL start after spending the past four seasons as Joe Flacco's backup in Baltimore. Don't be surprised if the Bills add a read-option element to their attack to take advantage of Taylor's mobility.
Expectations: They're sky high for a franchise that has undergone a top-to-bottom makeover entering its first season with new co-owners Terry and Kim Pegula. Though an experienced and aggressive defense returns mostly intact, much is riding on Taylor and the offense to produce in the Bills' latest bid to end a 15-season playoff drought — the NFL's longest active streak. Bills can make a case to being regarded as contenders during an opening month that has them playing Indianapolis, New England, Miami and the Giants.
