Alfie Garraway is being represented by Attorneys Stanley Moore and Glenn Hanoman, while Attorney Neil Bollers is defending Williams.On Wednesday, the Chief Magistrate admitted a caution statement (CS) given by Howard in the trial, after the conclusion of a Voir Dire (trial within a trial) into the admissibility of the statement.The Voir Dire was conducted to inquire into the circumstances under which the statement was given to police by the accused.Howard had denied giving detectives part of the statement while in custody at the Ruimveldt Police Station.At a previous court hearing, Prosecutor Jeffers had called the newspaper security staffers, Omar Bynoe and James Baptiste to testify.Both witnesses testified that they were on duty when what appeared to be a grenade was thrown at a Lexus Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) belonging to Glenn Lall, publisher of Kaieteur News.According to reports, on the day in question, a security staffer heard an unusual sound coming from near Lall’s vehicle PRR 8398, which was parked on the western side of Saffon Street.
