The lawyer from the office of the Attorney General yesterday claimed before Chief Magistrate Ian Chang that their file in the Anand Sanasie perjury matter cannot be found.The Police had charged Anand Sanasie for perjury. Sanasie subsequently moved to the High Court and secured orders against Commissioner of Police Leroy Brumell,Carlton Fisk Jersey, Crime Chief Seelall Persaud and police Corporal Chetram Sewsankar to show cause why the charge should not be quashed.After three appearances in the High Court the police are yet to produce the evidence used to charge Sanasie. He further stated that this is another action of the government to suppress the GCB and embarrass officers of the Board and these delaying tactics will fail.
