Buffalo made the move after second-year cornerback Ron Brooks had foot surgery Tuesday. He was injured in the Bills' 23-21 Week 1 loss to New England,Maglia Ante Coric.
The Bills already were playing without top cornerback Stephon Gilmore, who has a broken wrist.
