Jones sustained the concussion late in last week's 19-6 victory over the New York Jets, though the symptoms did not become evident until later in the week.
Jason Worilds will start in place of Jones. Pittsburgh also made CB Curtis Brown, WR Markus Wheaton, RB Isaac Redman,Scarpe Nike Air Force Just Do It, QB Landry Jones, TE Richard Hebron and DT Hebron Fangupo inactive.
