Police say Cobbs was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to obtain drugs by fraud, fleeing and driving on a suspended driver's license.
Cobbs remained in the Saline County jail Wednesday morning,Stitched Basketball Jerseys NCAA, and court records don't list an attorney.
