"Early on we couldn't tell you about the injury because he had a significant groin tear but he managed it really well and it was in a place that we found out he could recover quickly. We thought he was out a solid six weeks when it happened," Carroll said. "He's just responded tremendously. He's on the roster and he's ready to compete for us if he can get back to practice this week. We'll do this one day at a time and we'll see where it fits."
