Thaddeus Singleton died June 30 when the car he was driving went off a road in Farmington, went airborne and became lodged inside a country club building. Police have ruled the death accidental. He was in the car with the mother of one of his children,Alvin Kamara Jersey, police said.
At the time of his death, Singleton was facing charges stemming from a February arrest in Clarendon County, S.C., that included heroin trafficking.
