Two murder accused pleaded guilty to the lesser count of manslaughter when their trials were called up at the High Court yesterday. Kevin Waterman who is charged with the murder of Eleanor Jones,Cheap Jerseys, and Dennis Wharton who is charged for the death of June Osborne, will both have their matters called again in February for probation reports and sentencing.Former Police Constable Waterman is charged that between July 7 and July 8,Cheap Authentic Jerseys, 2007 he murdered Jones who was also a member of the police force.? When Justice Navindra Singh inquired of the accused, he told the court that he was guilty of the offence of manslaughter.Prosecutor Konyo Thompson and Dhanika Singh held the matter on behalf of the state. Thomas also requested to make a plea of mitigation on behalf of his client.The parties will return to court on February 11 for the continuation of the case. His lawyer,NBA Jerseys China, Sonya Parag, made an application for a probation report to be presented.The matter is being heard by Justice Roxanne George-Wiltshire who upheld the lawyer’s request after State prosecutors Rhondel Weever and Natasha Backer had no objection.That matter will be called again on February 7 for the report and sentencing.The bloated and partly decomposed body of 42- year-old June Osborne was found in a drain at the back of her Lot A 64 East La Penitence Squatting Area home in 2006.The woman’s left arm was completely severed; she had a wound behind the neck and abrasions about the body. Her home was also ransacked.
