The attorney pointed out that special circumstances arise under the condition in which his client was charged.He said that on the date in question, two planes arrived with cargo in the area and his client’s name was among others written on boxes.The lawyer said that Morris told officers that he had no knowledge of the box marked Troy Hope. Further, the lawyer explained that his client was temporarily in the area working as a shopkeeper.
