One of the two persons, who were charged in connection with the murder of policeman Jamal Clarke,Cheap Wholesale Jerseys, was yesterday committed to stand trial in the High Court, after a prima facie case was made out against him.Charged for the murder was Al Wilson,Cheap Jerseys, 18, who was a sixth form student at St. Stanislaus College. The two were accused of killing Clarke on September 5,Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic, 2009.The presiding magistrate was Sueanna Lovell and Police Prosecutor Neville Jeffers presented the case for the state.The case for the Prosecution is that Wilson and the victim were involved in an argument about a bicycle when the latter was stabbed several times after Marshall helped beat him.The post mortem examination which was tendered during the PI showed that Clarke died due to perforation of the heart.This piece of evidence showed that the state had enough evidence to commit Wilson to the High Court,Wholesale Jerseys, but not enough for Marshall.Wilson’s matter is expected to come up at the next sitting of the Demerara Assizes.
