The West Berbice Sheep and Goat Farmers Association (WBSGFA) will be holding its eighth annual exhibition at the Number Six ground on October 11, 2015.The organization, which comprises small farmers of ruminants from Plantation Profit to Rosignol,Wholesale Jerseys, West Coast Berbice, Region Five, has been in existence for the past nine years.It was organized to encourage farmers to participate in various projects executed by the National Agriculture Research Institute (NARI) through assistance from the British High Commission in Guyana.Farmers are exposed to better animal husbandry in general.
