A known cell phone snatcher was remanded to prison yesterday on a charge of stealing a cell phone yet again.The accused,China NFL Jerseys, 17-year-old Orande Daniels,Wholesale Jerseys China, made his appearance at the Georgetown Magistrates Court before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson.It is alleged that on March 16, he stole one Blackberry phone valued $65,Wholesale Jerseys 2018,000,Wholesale Cheap Jerseys, property of Susan Cossou.? To the charge he pleaded not guilty.Cossou told the court that on the day in question she was in a route 42 minibus. She added that since it was a little late she decided to call her mother to inform her that she was on her way home.Cossou said that while she was on her phone she noticed the accused standing outside the minibus not far from her.She said that the accused then grabbed her cell phone but she held on to it as other passengers in the minibus started shouting for thief.Cossou told the court that as she held onto her phone Daniels managed to get it out of her hand.Based of information received, the accused was arrested and charged.The police objected to bail after it was pointed out to the court that the accused has another matter in the court for stealing another cell phone. Bail was refused and the matter will be called again on April 7.Also in court yesterday, another man was remanded to prison for stealing. The accused, 47-year-old Stafford Johnson, appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson,Wholesale Jerseys, charged with stealing stole two steel rods belonging to his brother Mark Johnson.To the charge he pleaded not guilty.Mark Johnson, who was present in court,Wholesale NHL Jerseys 2020, said that he was on his way to Linden when his wife telephoned him saying that she saw his brother removing two steel rods from the yard.The man said when he returned to the city he inquired from his brother who vehemently denied removing the steel rods.A report was made and hence the charge.Meanwhile, the accused told the court that his brother used “his strings at the police station” to get him charged. He denied removing the steel rods and said his brother has been trying to remove him from their family property.Bail was refused and the matter will be called again March 30.
