Former Chancellor of the Judiciary Cecil Kennard has returned from annual leave and is to be sworn in shortly as the fifth member of the Commission that will look into the Linden unrest that left three people dead and several others injured.Justice Kennard, who is the Chairman of the Police Complaints Authority, informed Kaieteur News that he returned to Guyana yesterday.The other four members of the Commission have already been sworn in by President Donald Ramotar.?
