Two men who allegedly tried to break and enter the dwelling house of Ronald Haniff were both denied their pretrial liberty yesterday after they appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson, at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.The men Andrew Vigilance, 22, of Newtown, and Hassan Murray,Wholesale Authentic Jerseys, 25, of 11 Roxanne Burnham Gardens,Cheap Nike Huarache Shoes, are both accused of attempting to commit a felony.It was alleged that the two men on March 21,Cheap MLB Jerseys, last, attempted to break into Haniff’s dwelling house. Telford also asked for the file to be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions for further legal advice.Attorney at law Basil Williams interjected and told the court that the applications which were made by the prosecutor were unlawful and have no merit.He said that the prosecutor is being speculative and bail should be granted.Bail was denied. The defendants are expected to make another court appearance today.
