A man who killed another who he accused of regularly sodomising him when he gets ‘knock out’ will know his fate on Wednesday. The victim was taken to the New Amsterdam Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.The accused was also taken to the New Amsterdam hospital after complaining of feeling discomfort in various parts of the body. He was medically examine and returned to the New Amsterdam Prison. A Post Mortem examination was done on the body at the New Amsterdam Hospital by Dr. Vivekanand Brijmohan and concluded that Kissoon died from shock and haemorrhage due to multiple chops about the body.Telford represented himself during the preliminary inquiry.The accused had given a caution statement in which he had admitted to the crime.
